2. Orders and contract
An order placed on the website is an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by sending an invoice. Before invoicing, we check availability and fitment for the bike you specify; if an item is unavailable or does not fit, we will contact you.
Fitment information on the website is based on YSS catalogues. Vehicle manufacturer names and models are used for fitment reference only. Before ordering, check that the part number matches your bike's model and model year.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros including 21% VAT. Payment options: online banking or card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), processed by the payment provider Montonio; bank transfer to SIA “E.G.”, AS SEB banka LV76UNLA0018007467049, quoting the order number; or cash / card when collecting in our Valmiera shop. Orders are processed once payment is received. If shipping abroad cannot be calculated automatically, we state it on the invoice.
4. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are listed under "Delivery & returns". Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days as described under "Delivery & returns".
6. Warranty and complaints
Products carry the YSS manufacturer warranty (see "Warranty") and the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee. Send complaints in writing to yss@yss-suspension.lv; we reply within 15 days.
7. Liability
We recommend having suspension parts fitted by a qualified workshop. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use.
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation. Otherwise, consumers may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or the courts in accordance with Latvian law.
