What we process and why
- Orders — name, phone, email, delivery address or parcel locker, company details, bike model, items ordered. Purpose: concluding and performing the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and meeting accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Enquiries — data you give in the contact form or by email. Purpose: answering your question (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data — IP address and request time, to protect forms from spam (legitimate interests).
Recipients
We share data only as needed: with delivery providers (Omniva, DPD, courier services), the payment provider Montonio (online payments), our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our accountant. We never sell data.
Retention
Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by law (accounting documents — 5 years). Enquiry data — up to 2 years after the last contact.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The shopping cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and we cannot see it until you place an order.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to yss@yss-suspension.lv. You can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
